"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet." (Rom 1:26-27)

Obviously, the idea of being a sister wife catches the eye of women who are inclined towards lesbianism or bisexuality. They seem to think that plural marriage includes sexual activity amongst the wives, and not only between the husband and his wives. This is not so in our family.

Our unchangeable guideline is God's word. His idea for mankind was and is that they should be fruitful and multiply (Gen 1:28), and in the Mosaic Law, we learn that God does not approve of homosexuality at all (Lev 20:13). This is no great surprise since homosexuality is not fruitful, no children can be brought into the world through homosexual intercourse.

Consequently, a lesbian or bisexual woman will not find in our family what she is looking for. We trust in God's judgment in every way, including in His judgment about homosexuality. Whoever ignores God's word in this regard should not consider living with us, since we believe that you can either choose to trust in and rely on God's word as a whole, or not at all. Picking and choosing is not what we are asked to do.

"For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." (Mat 5:18-19)
